Alterations to a ground floor layout with complete kitchen design_

We were approached by a client who had recently received planning permission for a two storey side extension. Work had started on site but the client was unhappy with the proposals and contacted O’BT to see if anything could be done to alter the plans.

We discussed how the clients would be using the ground floor spaces and the also the rest of the house. Together we decided that a broken plan kitchen // dining // living area would work best for them and their growing family.

O’BT produced a complete ground floor remodelling including outline kitchen plan and design kitchen design, utility and storage cupboard design, detailing of new openings and the addition of a large set of bifold doors connecting the house with the garden and new decking area.
